Where we ship
We currently ship across India. We do not ship internationally at the moment.

Processing time
Our candles are handmade in small batches. Orders are usually dispatched within [3–5] business days. Personalised and custom orders may take [5–7] business days to prepare.

Delivery time
After dispatch, orders typically arrive within [3–7] business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather, festivals or holidays.

Shipping charges
Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link by email and/or SMS/WhatsApp.

Heat & handling
We pack every candle carefully to protect it in transit. Candles can soften in high heat, so please bring your parcel indoors promptly and store it in a cool place.

Address & delivery issues
Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. We're not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address or if the courier is unable to reach you. If a parcel is returned to us for these reasons, re-shipping charges may apply.
